Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

unmxr is made by Progressive Logic Kft., 1141 Budapest, Szugló u. 82., Hungary ("we"). We are responsible for the unmxr app and this website. You'll find our contact details at the end of this page.

2. The app

The unmxr app doesn't collect any data. It works fully offline: your songs, stems and settings stay on your computer and are never sent anywhere. There's no account, no analytics and no tracking in the app.

3. App stores

unmxr is available from the Mac App Store and the Microsoft Store. When you download it, Apple or Microsoft processes your data under its own privacy policy. We don't receive any personal data about you from them, only anonymous, aggregated statistics such as download counts.

If you allow it in your system settings, Apple or Microsoft also shares crash reports with us. We use them only to find and fix bugs, based on our legitimate interest in keeping the app working (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. This website

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type, as any web server does.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't store your IP address and doesn't follow you across other websites. We only see aggregated numbers.

This website doesn't set any cookies.

We do this based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website and understanding how it's used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the United States and is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

5. Email

If you write to us, we use your email address and your message only to reply to you, and we delete them once they're no longer needed.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. As we hold almost no data about you, this will most likely concern an email you sent us. To use any of these rights, write to us. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority; in Hungary, that's the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH, naih.hu).

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
